Purple Square Designs ("we", "us", or "our") operates the mobile game Baba On The Road (the "Game"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our Game.

a) Gameplay Analytics (Automatic)

We collect anonymous gameplay data to improve the Game experience. This includes:

• Level progress (starts, completions, failures)
• Game session duration and frequency
• In-game actions (booster usage, powerup usage, purchases)
• Device information (device model, operating system version, screen size)
• Crash reports and performance data

This data is collected using Google Firebase Analytics and is anonymized.

b) Advertising Data

We display ads through third-party partners who may collect:

• Advertising identifier (GAID on Android, IDFA on iOS)
• General location (country/region level, not precise)
• Ad interaction data (views, clicks)
• Device information for ad targeting

c) Information We Do NOT Collect

• Your name, email address, or phone number
• Your precise location (GPS)
• Your contacts, photos, or files
• Any financial or payment information (handled by Google Play)

4. Data Retention

Anonymous analytics data is retained for up to 14 months by Firebase Analytics. Crash reports are retained for 90 days.

The Game is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

a) Opt Out of Personalized Ads

• Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization
• iOS: Settings > Privacy > Tracking > Disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"

b) Data Deletion

To request deletion of data associated with your device, contact us below. We will process within 30 days.

c) GDPR Rights (European Users)

EEA residents have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, and port their data, and to withdraw consent.

d) CCPA Rights (California Users)

California residents can know what data is collected, request deletion, and opt out of data sales. We do not sell personal information.

We use industry-standard security measures. All data transmission uses encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at top indicates the most recent revision.
