Buff Pookie Gym — Privacy Policy

The short version: Buff Pookie Gym does not collect, transmit, or sell any of your data. There are no ads, no analytics, no trackers, no accounts, and no servers. Everything you log stays on your device.

1. What we collect

Nothing. Buff Pookie Gym has no servers and no user accounts. We cannot see, access, or recover anything you enter into the app.

2. What stays on your device

The following is stored only in the app's private database on your device, and is never transmitted to us or anyone else:

Workouts, sets, weights, reps, and routines
Custom exercises you create
Cycle-tracking entries (periods and phases), if you use them
XP, levels, streaks, badges, and app settings

If you delete the app, this data is permanently removed from your device.

3. No ads, no tracking

The app contains no advertising, no advertising identifiers (such as the IDFA), no Google AdMob, and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs of any kind. We do not build a profile of you and we do not track you across apps or websites.

4. No access to health platforms or your files

We do not read from or write to Apple Health (HealthKit) or Google Fit. We do not access your contacts, photos, microphone, or files.

5. Notifications

The app can send optional local reminders (for workouts and streaks). These are generated and scheduled entirely on your device and can be turned off any time in Settings. They are not sent through any server.

6. Sharing a workout card

If you choose to share a workout card, the app creates an image on your device and hands it to your phone's standard share sheet. You decide where it goes — we are not involved and receive nothing.

7. Exporting your data

You can export all of your data as a JSON file at any time from the app's settings. That file stays on your device unless you choose to share it.

8. Children's privacy

The app does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children. Because we collect no data at all, no personal information from children is ever gathered.

9. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
